How same-day booking actually works
WhatsApp is the fastest path for last-minute bookings. The online form works fine for same-day too, but WhatsApp gets you a human in 5-15 min who can confirm vehicle availability against the live dispatch board. We aim to confirm within 30 min during business hours (7 AM - 11 PM Cabo time), often within 5-10 min.

- We check live dispatch — typically reply within 5-30 min with confirmation + driver name.
- You pay online (link sent via WhatsApp) or in cash to the driver — both work for same-day.

When same-day might be tight
Peak holiday weeks fill our dispatch board 24-48 hours ahead. Outside those windows, same-day is usually fine. The variables that matter are vehicle class (Sprinters book out faster than vans), zone (Pacífico + Todos Santos take longer to position drivers), and time of day (5-9 AM and 4-8 PM are the busiest pickup windows).

Are same-day rates different?
Standard zone rates apply — no last-minute surcharge. Same $84-$123 for vans, $84-$130 for Suburbans, $138-$200 for Sprinters depending on zone. The 10% round-trip discount also applies if you book both legs together. The only situation where a different rate kicks in is custom destinations (Todos Santos, East Cape beyond Puerto Los Cabos, La Paz) — those are always quoted custom.

Just landed at SJD and no transfer arranged
WhatsApp us your terminal location + hotel. We dispatch from our nearest driver; typical wait is 20-30 min if you message us before customs (allows the driver to position). If you message after baggage claim, expect 30-50 min wait. The taxi sindicato kiosk inside arrivals is a faster fallback ($65-115 cash) if you cannot wait.
Flight tomorrow morning, just remembered the airport transfer
Standard scenario — fully fine. WhatsApp or book online. We confirm within 30 min including pickup time + driver name.
Plans changed; need a return transfer 4 hours from now
WhatsApp immediately. 4-hour notice is comfortable for vans and Suburbans in any season. Sprinters need 4-6 hours during shoulder, more during peak — same-day Sprinter is possible but requires checking. We always confirm by message before charging.
Group of 10+ landing in 2 hours, no transportation
Possible but tight. WhatsApp NOW with flight info + headcount. Off-season we can scramble a Sprinter; peak season we may need to combine 2 vehicles. We will confirm or decline within 15 min.
