How to coordinate a Sprinter group arrival
- Single point of contact: book under one organizer's name. The driver meets the group at Shaded Area #3 once everyone has cleared customs.
- Send the flight number: we track the arrival and the group leader's phone number. If everyone is on the same flight, that one number is enough.
- Multi-flight groups: send a list of flight numbers via WhatsApp; we coordinate consolidation at the airport (waiting area, meet-and-greet flow).
